The Centre for Value Improvement (CVI) is concerned with creating, developing and nurturing value improvement techniques for modern business. The faculty members are not only proven trainers able to cover Corporate Finance, M&A, Valuation, Strategy, and various aspects of Risk Management but they also have extensive practical experience gained from both employment and consulting. In addition they have a strong academic and professional pedigree. Two are professors who held faculty positions in aleading business school and five have doctorates.
